Our English and Humanities Department will be hosting a Virtual Virginia Gallery for our students starting on this year's National Day on Writing, October 20th, 2010. This is an opportunity for our English students and Creative Writing students to share their works with a broader writing community. Virtual Virginia is a program of the Virginia Department of Education that provides high quality online courses for students who would otherwise be unable to take Advanced Placement, elective, and world language courses due to the lack of a highly qualified instructor, too few students for the course to be offered by their home school, or scheduling conflicts within the school. Virtual Virginia expands opportunities.
